After you place your order, we’ll send you a sketch draft in 10 days or one week. If you need to, you can ask for changes to be made to the drafts.

Once you approve the sketch draft, we’ll move on to the lineart and base coloring steps. This step takes about a week more.

We will send you three color versions to look over once the base colors are added. This will help us decide on the character’s end color.

As soon as the base colors are okay, we will start giving the character more details. I plan to finish this step in a week.

The model’s setup takes the most time. After the character design is accepted, it will be done in two to three weeks. Do keep in mind that the form of the model can’t be changed once the rigging process in Live2D starts.

Once you’re happy with the result, we’ll send you the original PSD file, which has different layers for each character part, as well as the Live2D file that works with VTuber Studio.

The whole process takes about 6 weeks if there are no changes. But if many changes are needed, it could take up to two months. It can even take up to three months to send the model during busy times.

Of course you can. In fact, we do show Rig progress videos of the model so that major modifications don’t happen. You can ask for small changes to be made to the rigging if you need to.
